HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8773 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in issuing the proceedings vide No.B/1335/2011, dated 08.03.2017 in favour of the respondent No.5 in respect of the agricultural land in Survey No.31, admeasuring Ac.3.05 guntas, Dasnapur Village, Mavala Mandal, Adilabad District, violating the principles of natural justice, without jurisdiction, contrary to the order dated 02.02.2017 in WP.No.3506/2017, without considering the objections filed by the petitioners dated 08.02.2017, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of this writ petition they have also filed appeal under Section 5(5) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 against the impugned order in the writ petition along with stay petition.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition or appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 5(5) of the Act, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained regarding entries in revenue records.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
