I.A.No.2 of 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition of the order dated 19.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.10243 of 2025 which reads as under:

" The petitioner/accused Nos.3, 6 to 9 and 11 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., and thereafter, as and when required or till filing of the charge sheet."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that till now no charge sheet is filed. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.10243 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when their presence is required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
