The learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter, dated 22.08.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw this appeal as the appellant has satisfied the lower court award. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, "For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the appellant is present. He seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The MA CMA is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
