Ms. G. Padmavathi, learned counsel for Ms. T.V. Sridevi, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that the present lis (dispute) has rendered infructuous.

Ms. Harija Akkineni, learned counsel for Sri M. Subba Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.7, would submit that there were suits between the parties herein and this is the only appeal pending between the parties. She would further submit that the parties have effected compromise before the Lok Adalat at Rajahmundry. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the present Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed.
