NO.

E11999/2019, dated 15/10/2019, as per the schedule prescribed by the 3rd respondent as highly illegal, arbitrary and consequentially this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to prepare a final seniority list of School Assistants working in ITDA, Eturunagaram and effect promotions to the posts of PG Head Master Gr.ll in the existing vacancies.
