Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in registering the subject property in the name of the unofficial respondent herein, the present Writ Petition is filed.

A perusal of the material on record reveals that the petitioner has submitted a representation to respondent No.2 on 13.07.2022 ventilating his grievance and the same was acknowledged by the office of respondent No.2 on 14.07.2022.

Having regard to the fact that the representation made by the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent No.2, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.07.2022 (received by the office on 14.07.2022) and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, duly putting the parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. A copy of the order passed by respondent No.2 shall be communicated to the parties
