HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1671 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made application under Form-6(A) of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act on 02-09-2015 before the 4th respondent for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of lands in Sy.No.190 to an extent of Ac.4-77 cents and in Sy.No.192-5 to an extent of Ac.0-56 cents situated at Srirangapuram Village, Madakasira Mandal, Anantapur District. As no action has been taken on the same, the petitioner submitted representation to the 3rd respondent on 23-11-2015, who directed the 4th respondent to dispose of the application vide endorsement dated 23-11-2015. Inspite of that, no orders are passed by the 4th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 02-09-2015 in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
