THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.2548 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed by the petitioner, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeking to punish the respondent herein on contempt of Courts Act for wilful disobedience of the orders of the Court, dated 16.11.2016, passed in W.P.No.39423 of 2016 and grant such other relief as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 2.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no orders need be passed in the contempt case in view of passing of orders in the Writ Appeal filed against the order, dated 31.03.2017, in W.P.No.39423 of 2016. Hence, the contempt case may be closed. 3.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
