THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5066 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 18.09.2013 in I.A.No.1695 of 2011 in O.A.No.844 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal at Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
