I.A.No.3 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii of order dated 19.08.2025 as replaced by order dated 22.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.10237 of 2025 which reads as under:

" The petitioner/A6 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m, and thereafter, as and when required." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is promptly appearing before the Investigating Officer as directed by this Court. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, concurred with the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, that petitioner is appearing promptly before the Investigating Officer, as directed by this Court.

In the said circumstances, the condition No.iii imposed against the petitioner in order dated 19.08.2025 as replaced by order dated 22.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.10237 of 2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All

other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
