Heard.

The petitioners seek grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds with respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0-34 gts., in Sy.No.95 situated at Shivar of Devenpally Village, Yellareddy Mandal, Nizamabad District, on the basis of registered gift deed, dated 01-03-1983 and the decree of the civil court in O.S.No.38 of 2014, dated 31-12-2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kamareddy, Nizamabad District, and accordingly made an application under Form 6-A on 20-07-2015. Alleging inaction on the part of the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Prima facie, since the petitioners claim pattadar pass books by virtue of a decree of the civil court, it is appropriate for the 4th respondent to consider the said application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
