It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 30.03.2011, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11107 of 2009 and batch and that a copy of the same is also placed on record.

In view of the above, following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
