THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22103 of 2018 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, during the course of arguments, that the Inspector of Endowments, Ranga Reddy District and the Manager of Sri Hari Hara Kshetram undertook Section 43 Enquiry and they are going to submit report also. Learned Government Pleader also submitted that the respondents are opening the Hundies on 25.07.2018.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
