HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4327 OF 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that she has filed Revision under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 as per the direction of this Court in W.P.No.10062 of 2015 before the 2nd respondent. Basing on the same, notice dated 24.06.2016 was issued to the petitioner as well as the respondents 6 to 8. But till today, the Revision is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
