THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.2074 of 2011 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act aggrieved by the award and decree dated 28.05.2011 in M.V.O.P.No.651 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum II Additional District Judge and Sessions Judge, Guntur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect, a letter dated 21.03.2018 is also filed before the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision Petition shall stand closed.
