Learned counsel for 1st respondent/defacto complainant made an endorsement on the petition that the complainant agrees for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.1129 of 2010 on the file III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. In view of the said endorsement, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.1129 of 2010 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are quashed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
