This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner, who is respondent No.4 in D.V.C.No.9 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional Munsif Magistrate, Ongole, Prakasam District.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
