HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.32143 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction, thereby directing the respondents to de-notify the lands of the petitioners to the extent of Ac.7.32 guntas in Sy.No.424/ 2 at Gudipeta Village, Mancherial Mandal, Adilabad District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the aforesaid purpose, the petitioners have made a representation dated 16.05.2016 to the 2nd respondent, however, till date the petitioners have not received any communication from the 2nd respondent.

3. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, I hereby direct the 2nd respondent to take decision on the representation dated 16.05.2016 made by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision taken thereon shall be communicated to the petitioners in writing within one week thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
