BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.8198 OF 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to call for the records relating to the order, dated 03.02.2012, in Original Application No.2857 of 2008 with V.M.A.Nos.993 of 2008, 1976 of 2009, 2528 of 2010 and M.A.No.842 of 2010 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and quash the same.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by both the counsel that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by common order of a Division Bench of this Court, dated 08.10.2013, in W.P.No.21610 of 2011 and Batch.
