Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had applied Form VIA prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation of his name in the revenue record having inherited the property on the death of his wife and that the said application has been made on 02-07-2015 to 4th respondent. The 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.02-07-2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take further action thereon. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.02-07-2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take further action thereon. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
