The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging the inaction of the official respondents in investigating into Crime No.255 of 2016, and seeking a direction to them to investigate into the above crime. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that when the 5th respondent and his relatives tried to demolish his wall, he questioned them. Then, they threatened the petitioner. On the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.255 of 2016 was registered against the 5th respondent and others, but no action was taken so far.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents Nos.1 to 4 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in either way, in accordance with law. 5.
