CVNR,J & ANI S,J W.P.No.9138 of 2017 14.07.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash award, dated 22.12.2012, in O.S.No.37 of 2012 passed by respondent No.1 and the consequent transactions in pursuance thereof. 2.

After arguing the case, Mr.D.Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedy of a civil suit for questioning the Lok Adalat award impugned in this writ petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 15.03.2017, in W.P.M.P.No.11316 of is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.11316 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
