Alleging that respondents 2 and 3 are calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering with civil dispute, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Kurnool II Town Police Station, Kurnool District. In the written instructions, the allegations of the petitioners are denied. It is stated that one K.Subrahmanyam gave a complaint on 20.06.2018 stating that petitioners have taken an amount of Rs.75,00,000/-, but failed to measure the land and register the same in his name. Petitioners were informed about the complaint, and on going through the contents, it revealed that the matter is of civil in nature and accordingly, by serving notice dated 23.06.2018 on the complainant, he was informed to approach the civil court, and that no case was registered.
