When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents has placed on record an Order in Cr.No.89/ 2016/ B, dated 16.12.2016, passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Nalgonda, ordering confiscation of the subject vehicle along with the Black Jaggery and Alum. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands closed, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to approach the appropriate forum against the said Order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
