HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6733 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are A1 to A6 of Crime No.57 of 2017 of II Town Police Station, Chittoor District, filed the present application under Sections and Cr.P.C.

seeking enlargement on bail in the above crime.

Though the above crime is registered not only for the I.P.C. offences but also under A.P.Forest Act, Bio Diversity Act and Prevention of Damages of Public Property Act, in the bail application except I.P.C. offences, the remaining offences are not mentioned. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh application.

Permission is granted, as sought for.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
