O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that, though he filed reply on 1.11.2019 in pursuance of the notice No.700/TPS/C18/GHMC/2019 dated 23.10.2019 issued under Sections 402 and 403 of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1933, without considering the same, respondents 2 and 3, are trying to demolish the subject property. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for 1st respondent and Sri L.Venkateshwara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 / competent authority, to consider the reply stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 1.11.2019, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till passing of such orders, no coercive steps shall be taken in respect of subject property of the petitioner.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
