THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22374 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-GVMC.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, during the subsistence of the permission order, passed by the respondent-GVMC, vide Rc.No.005138/2018/ACP-V/G2, dated 19.05.2018, respondent authorities are interfering with the erection of the roof top tower. The existence of the said order is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-GVMC authorities not to interfere with the activity of the petitioner herein. However, in the event of there being any deviation from the conditions of the permission, it is open for the respondent-GVMC authorities to take action as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
