ORAL ORDER:

Writ Petition No. 15429 of 2017 was filed challenging the order of suspension. Thus Court by order dated 27.4.2017 in WPMP No 19043 of 2017 granted interim suspension and also direction as prayed for. In WPMP petitioner not only sought for suspension of the order but also sought for direction to permit him to discharge the duties. Learned standing counsel produced proceedings of the Regional Manager dated 31.5.2017 revoking the suspension order and posting the petitioner to Sangareddy depot. According to learned standing counsel, so far petitioner has not reported to duty. Learned counsel for petitioner states that on 6.11.2017 petitioner reported to duty. If petitioner reports to duty, he should be allowed to discharge the duties and responsibilities as per the directions sought by the petitioner in WPMP No. 19043 of 2017 in WP No.15429 of 2017.
