HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
Petitioner is presently working as Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Female) in Primary Health Centre, Palem. According to petitioner, her husband is working as Multipurpose Health Supervisor in Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad and her daughter is prosecuting her MBBS 2nd year course of study. In the transfer counselling exercise undertaken by the Department, petitioner submitted her online application, but due to mistake and oversight, she has not given details of working of her husband in the priority column. Having realized the mistake, immediately she submitted application in physical form requesting to consider her case on spouse grounds. Alleging inaction this writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since petitioner claim is genuine, the same ought to have been considered and appropriate accommodation should be given to her. 3.
Learned Government Pleader submits that transfer counselling exercise was completed and it has now reached the stage of issuing posting orders and at this stage, it is not possible to accommodate the claim of petitioner.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, still vacancies are available. That being so, it is open to petitioner to make an application to the Director of Public Health & family Welfare (1st respondent) ventilating her grievance, supported by the
documents to show status of her husband as well as the education pursued by her daughter. In the event of making such application, 1st respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
