Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondent authorities in not taking steps to resume the land to Government in Sy.No.2042/1 and Sy.No.2042/3 and in Sy.No. 2042/4 an extent of Ac. 4-25 cents as per the 3rd respondent proceedings Dt. 27.02.2012, even though the petitioner made representation Dt. 20.04.2015 as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent authorities to "resume" the land in the said Survey Numbers to Government and protect public rastha's and landless poor persons interest."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 20.04.2015 made by the petitioner for implementing the order dated 27.02.2012.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 20.04.2015, made by the petitioner seeking removal of encroachers, considering all the material which the petitioner intends to place, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
