THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2825 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

A perusal of the charge sheet shows prima facie accusation contained therein regarding the accused attacking the de facto complainant and causing injuries to her. Having regard to the prima facie material, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 have to face the trial and put forth all the defences that are legally permissible to them before the trial Court, in which case, the trial Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate judgment on merits.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 08-04-2015 eha
