M/S. Vennela Restaurant And Bar v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22215 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that vide proceedings Rc.No.A1/334/2017, dated 29.06.2018, the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Kadapa, revoked the order of suspension passed earlier and directed the petitioner to submit explanation to the show-cause notice within ten days along with supporting material. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above said proceedings and keeping it open for the petitioner to submit an explanation to the show-cause notice within a period of ten days from today and thereafter it is for the respondent-authorities to pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
