O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for 1st respondent, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4, submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.6061 of 2019 dated 02.04.2019, and hence similar order may be passed. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the above submission of the learned counsel, and for the reasons alike recorded in the order dated 02.04.2019 in W.P.No.6061 of 2019, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the building permission application of the petitioner vide File No.3/C11/09403/2017, without insisting for 'NOC' from the revenue authorities, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
