CVNR,J & JUD,J W.P.No.9108 of 2017 20.06.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the alleged detenu viz., Sivaratri Sampath. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that as the alleged detenu has been released after registration of crime, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.11285 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
