THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1751 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 24-03-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.--- of 2015 in D.V.C.No.20 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial I Class Magistrate, Mulug.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
