HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1250 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent - Corporation has communicated a letter dated 19.03.2018 to the petitioner stating that their application for making construction is under consideration and would take appropriate steps and he, therefore, does not wish to press the contempt.

In the light of the letter dated 19.03.2018 communicated to petitioner by the respondent - Corporation, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
