THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.25425 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in considering the representation submitted by the petitioners and rejecting the grant of pensions to the petitioners under various categories such as Old Age Pension, and Widow Pension Scheme etc., of Social Security Schemes launched by the State Government even though they are very much eligible in their respective categories as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the guidelines of the Social Security Schemes and settled principles of legal position and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (AP) and Sri G.Seshadri, the learned Standing Counsel for Z.P.P.-M.P.P.- G.P.P.

At the time of argument, learned counsel for both parties with one voice submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.27497 of 2015 and batch dated 29.10.2015. They further submitted that no writ appeal is filed against the said order. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for both parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 29.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.27497 of 2015 and batch. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this

Writ Petition shall stand closed.
