HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. NAVEEN RAO W RI T PETI TI ON No.2 3 8 6 8 of 2 0 0 7 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispense with the services of the petitioner by issuing memo dated 20.09.2007 as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and sought for consequential direction to the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner as Computer Operator on contract basis.

2.

By order dated 21.01.2008, the Court directed continuation of the petitioner in services. Alleging disobedience of the said interim order, the petitioner filed CC.No.302 of 2008. Having noticed that the petitioner was engaged by an agency to work for the respondents, the Court held that no contempt was committed and closed the contempt case.

3.

When the writ petition is taken for hearing, learned standing counsel informs the Court that the sole petitioner left the organization and he is no more working. In view thereof, the cause would not survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
