Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 31.10.2016 in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, and order dated 13.04.2017 in WP.MP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents, does not dispute the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. No order as to costs.

Office is directed to enclose copies of the aforesaid orders, dated 31.10.2016 in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, and order dated 13.04.2017 in WP.MP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014, to this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
