Learned counsel for the appellants represents that he has no instructions from the appellants. Sri D.Kamalakar advocate representing Sri Harihar Babu learned counsel for the respondent says that as mentioned in the counter to the said petition of the appeal of lower Court's decree, the decree amount itself is satisfied and nothing is more due to the plaintiff/respondent to the appeal and by recording the same, the appeal proceedings can be closed.

By recording the said submission of full satisfaction, the appeal is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
