On 13.11.2018, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to today and posted under the caption, " For dismissal" . Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. The Wirt Petition is of the year 2008.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
