When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition is filed when the respondents are about to disengage the petitioner's services and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 17.9.2004. The Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in pursuance of the interim orders, the petitioner is continuing in service.

The respondent-Corporation is also not disputed the same. 3.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary.
