O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in not considering the BPS application No.6505 of 2008 submitted by the petitioner in respect of ground floor of Varun Enclave bearing D.No.24-2-1, NRP Road, Vijayawada, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to consider the above said application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the BPS application made by the petitioner, the respondent-Corporation issued proceedings dated 28.05.2012 permitting the use of the ground floor of Varun Enclave for establishment of professional offices under Zoning Regulations issued vide G.O.Ms.No.674 MA & UD (12) Department dated 29.12.2006.

Learned Standing counsel appearing for the 1st respondent objects the same stating that as per the information obtained from the website, application made by the petitioner has been rejected. In view of submissions made by both the counsel, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
