Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and seeks liberty to the father of the petitioner to avail the remedies regarding his claim for declaring him as medically invalidated to work. Since the claim in the Writ Petition is to provide appointment on compassionate grounds by the son, withdrawal of the Writ Petition by petitioner does not come in the way of his father agitating his service grievance.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
