Petitioner claims that he is owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas in Survey No. 124/Ka/1, Gopanpally village, Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district. Originally father-in-law of petitioner purchased land to an extent Ac.3.00 guntas in Survey No. 124 and has executed gift settlement deed on 11.7.1979 in favour of his three sons. In the said manner, petitioner got Ac.1.20 guntas. Petitioner wants survey to be conducted and submitted F-line application on 13.2.2017 through Meeseva by paying requisite fee. Pursuant thereof, notice dated 23.2.2017 was issued informing the petitioner that survey would be conducted on 16.3.2019.
