This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction of the Junior Civil Judge, Gajwel, Medak District, in deciding I.A.No.178 of 2017 in O.S.No.141 of 2007 expeditiously.

It is evident from the record that I.A.No.178 of 2017 was filed for various reliefs including injunctive relief, appointment of Advocate Commissioner and other consequential reliefs in contravention of Rule 55 of the Civil Rules of Practice. However, it is for the trial Court to decide the said application in accordance with law. Since the suit is of the year 2017, the trial Court did not evince any interest to decide the matter. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Junior Civil Judge, Gajwel, Medak District, to decide I.A.No.178 of 2017 in O.S.No.141 of 2007 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
