Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the charge sheet was filed on 25.11.2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
