The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition filed. herein, and the orders of the High Court dated 26-06-2018 made in Crl.P. No. 6763 of 2018, and dated 4.1.2018 made in lA. No.'l of 20'18, the Court made the following; ORDER:
Heard. Perused the record.
Having regard to the submissions and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition with regard to the appearance of the petitioners/A.3 & A.4 before the investigating officer on every Sunday till filing of charge sheet imposed by this Court vide order, dated 20.07.2018, passed in Crl.P.No.6763 of 2018 is modified as follows: "The petitioners/A.3 & A.4 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad District, once in a month, i.e., on every fourth Saturday of the month betiveen 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM till filing of the charge sheet."
No change in the other conditions.
This petition is ordered accordingly.
