Collector (LAO), (L.A) (Industries), Collectorate Complex, Ranga Reddy District, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad. .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring; i) the notification under Section 4(1) dated: 19-01-2013 (G.O.Ms.No.13 Home PS&C Department) published in Eenadu daily on 09-02-2013; ii) G.O.Ms.No.280, Home (PS&C) Department, dated 12-12-2013 issued by the 1st Respondent; as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to provisions of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and violative of Article 14 & 21 of Constitution of India, consequently, set aside 1) G.O.Ms.No.13 Home PS&C Department, Dt:19-01-2013 and the notification under Section 4(1) published pursuant to the same 2) G.O.Ms.No.280, Home (PS&C) Department, dated 12-12-2013.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein, order of the High Court dated: 2-1-2014, 31-01-2014 & 26-03-2014 made herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Harender Pershad, Advocate for the Petitioner, G.P. for Home for Respondent No.1, and G.P. for Land Acquisition for Respondent Nos.2 to 4, the Court made the following ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader represents that due to mistake counter filed on behalf of 1st respondent is deposed by an incompetent authority. Therefore, he requested to withdraw the

said counter- affidavit with liberty to file counteraffidavit by authorized officer. The said permission is granted.

Interim order granted earlier is extended until further orders.

At the request of learned Government Pleader, post after summer-vacation, 2014.
