THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13870 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents. The prayer in the writ petition is as under:

"The petitioner prays this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the erection of Roof Top Poles on the building bearing H.No.8-2-293/82/F/D/4, Plot No.4-D, Filmnagar, Shaikpet Village, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad as per permission bearing procgs. 69251/ TP/ PER/ HO/ TPS/ GHMC/ CT/2016/399, dated 29.3.2016 and seizing and taking away erection material, as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction, in violation of the well-settled principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the erection of poles as per permission and return the seized erection material and to pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents have returned the seized material of the petitioner. As such, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are required.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
